My day started early yesterday when I drove a couple of hours out of the city to work on an ongoing project . . . and my day ended late. I had to be back in town to start my night shift with the Herald and shoot the Calgary Flames in what could be their last chance at a playoff spot. Well, it turns out they lost their chance because the San Jose Sharks won (and, later, so did the Colorado Avalanche). Shooting an NHL game is amazing, but this game was even more interesting because of the tension in the Saddledome as fans reacted to the disappointment.
