Archives, Vol. 2,516

I've been trying to get my photos together so i can get my friend to start working on my website, but i'm not organized like some photographers I know. It's quite a big chore to go through all my files. Harder still when i get lost in time remembering the stories behind the photos.

Ice fishing

It's much more fun to work on my own projects so whenever i get the chance i take it.
My family has a cabin at Buffalo Lake and since we go there year round i thought ice fishing could make for some pretty nifty pictures.

Calgary Flames are out!

My day started early yesterday when I drove a couple of hours out of the city to work on an ongoing project . . . and my day ended late. I had to be back in town to start my night shift with the Herald and shoot the Calgary Flames in what could be their last chance at a playoff spot. Well, it turns out they lost their chance because the San Jose Sharks won (and, later, so did the Colorado Avalanche).
Shooting an NHL game is amazing, but this game was even more interesting because of the tension in the Saddledome as fans reacted to the disappointment.
Here are some pictures from last night's game.
